Online check-in requests the main guest’s name, email, phone number, address and identification photo, and records the guest agreement. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use guest information to respond to inquiries, manage reservations and payments, verify the main guest, complete check-in, communicate about a stay, provide guest service, prevent fraud and maintain required business records.

Our booking and guest-portal services are provided through Hostaway, and online payments are processed through Stripe. Information needed to provide those services is shared with these providers and with personnel assisting with the reservation or stay.
