DIRECT BOOKING & STAY TERMS

French Quarter Mansion

Welcome to French Quarter Mansion at 730 Dumaine Street, New Orleans, LA 70116. Please review these terms, your selected suite details and the price and cancellation policy displayed before booking. Contact fqm@hospitalitynola.com or 504-323-5451 with questions.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. Your checkout summary shows your accommodation price, cleaning fee, applicable taxes and other displayed fees. Direct reservations require 100% payment at booking through the secure checkout. A booking inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Keep the confirmation issued after your booking is completed. Changes to dates, suites or guest numbers are subject to availability and any price difference.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation policy shown at checkout and in your reservation confirmation governs your booking. Under our current Firm direct-booking policy, cancellations receive a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival and a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival; cancellations less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable under that policy. Please review the displayed policy for your selected reservation before paying. Contact us for cancellation or change requests.

ONLINE CHECK-IN

Direct-booking guests must complete the online check-in form and guest agreement before arrival. The main guest provides the requested contact information and identification through the secure guest portal. Access details are available after payment, online check-in and the agreement are completed. Do not send payment card details by email or text.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in depends on housekeeping and availability and is not guaranteed. Late checkout is not available. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after checkout; please keep valuables with you.

A HISTORIC MANSION

There is no elevator. Review the floor, stairs, beds, loft or ladder access and maximum guest capacity of the suite you choose. Only registered guests may stay, and the confirmed capacity must not be exceeded. Our location at Dumaine and Bourbon is lively, and street or courtyard sounds may be heard.

HOUSE RULES

Treat the suite, furnishings and shared spaces with care. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties and unapproved events are not permitted. No smoking inside suites, in the courtyard, hallways or stairways; guests with a balcony may smoke there responsibly. Do not use glassware on balconies or lean over railings. Report damage, safety issues or maintenance concerns promptly. Any damage charge must be supported by documented damage and handled through the applicable payment process. No additional damage deposit is imposed by these website terms; any applicable deposit must be disclosed in the booking process.

PARKING AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

There is no onsite parking. Use a paid parking facility or follow current posted street restrictions. Check for all belongings before departure and contact us promptly about items left behind.

WEBSITE AND OTHER CHANNELS

Website photos and information help you select a suite; your confirmed reservation details govern the stay. Bookings made through another travel platform follow the payment and cancellation terms disclosed for that booking. Our Privacy Policy explains how guest information is handled. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be waived under applicable law.
